PROVISION OF CONCRETE ROOF TO ENHANCE TEACHING & LEARNING FOR OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN

Upon successful completion of screening and recruiting potential beneficiary children for the sponsorship program, activities is been interrupted anytime it rains in SASO compound. Children are either evaporated to another place or asked to run home which is gradually affecting these yet to develop interest in education children unstable in the mind.

Situation of the classroom after rainfall

As displayed in the picture above, children sitting in wet classroom during the contact hour. SASO believes renovation through replacement of the leaking roofing sheets with concrete roof would improve the situation and enhance better teaching and learning process.

With support from LDS Charities and Fair Share Foundation the two classroom block has been renovated with concrete roof.
